The location was incredible and lovely, right by top class restaurants at the Marina, Vilamoura around Sep/Oct and the night life. I ate in the tapas restaurant nearby.

It's wonderful and pleasant hotel with excellent staff on the reception desk.

Hard-working and very efficient staff, breakfasts were delicious.

The room was well-organised, really enjoyed the modern bathroom it had. Air conditioner, a laptop-size safe, and a radio were available here.

Good budget hotel with well-mannered staff on the reception desk. Generous breakfast selection with pastries and an omelette, for instance. Incredible and lovely location in the marina area, just next door to the marina area, the beach and edge of the marina, and tours.

The location was unbeatable and excellent for me, to the Loule train station. I came across Sailor's Corner, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, offered nice shots. The breakfast was marvellous, wonderful with the drinks.

Well laid out and brand-new units and very efficient staff at your reception desk. Magnificent location to the bus stop where I caught the local Eva bus, in the very nice area.

Had central location further away from the centre. Moreover, it was so close to top class restaurants, and marina, beach and Hilton beach.

Particularly good and stunning location with free parking on site. Good service from the staff.

The experience was real good and I would love to return. The hotel was located near marina, bars and restaurants, the numerous restaurants, and the beach from the marina. Good-sized room with couch, beautiful decor, for example, I had everything needed. Central location of this great budget property was a bonus. Besides, it was 2 km away from a miniature golf course.

The staff - some of them were very unpolite.

The rooms were good-sized and well laid out on level 3 with large beds. The breakfast was generous and enjoyable for what was on offer, with fried egg and diverse selections, as example.

Central location adjacent to the beach from the marina as well as a restaurant, it was in an amazing area.

The restaurant here was really great for casual lunch or alacarte breakfast, we both ordered delightful dishes. The location was fantastic in the very quiet area.

The hotel had a variety of pools to choose from and plenty of sun beds to relax on. I also appreciated the fact that towels were provided for both the beach and pool, so I didn't have to bring my own. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearby beach and marina, which was convenient for exploring the area.

One of the downsides of the hotel was the issue with the reserved sun beds by guests. It seemed like the hotel didn't do anything to address this problem, as the beds were often taken by people who had just left their towels on them.

The location was lovely, quite area not too far from the beach - hourly free shuttle bus to and from the beach (walk into town from beach is 10/15 mins along the beach) The food was very good and 5 star breakfast buffet. Paradise Island is very good also, hoverer prices are a little expensive. Excellent gold on site.

The laundry service is far too expensive! No pool service- expected at a 5 star hotel. Staff not always willing to help. Hotel is not suitable for under 2'S. Swimming pools too cold for children. Private childcare service is excellent but again very expensive - minimum is 2 hours at 32 euros. General lack of information on what there is to do at the hotel, we discovered many things in the last few days of our stay.
